We will specify delivery timelines in the contract. We always strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but we cannot guarantee completion on a specific date due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in receiving feedback or materials from you.
If there are any significant delays, we will communicate them to you as soon as possible, along with updated expectations.
As our client, you’re responsible for providing all necessary information and content needed to complete your projects on time. Delays in providing this may slow down progress.
You also need to review and approve work at each milestone. Once you give the okay, any changes after that might come with additional fees.
We value your confidentiality at Eon Seo Hub. Rest assured that we will not disclose any sensitive information without your consent.
All client data is stored securely and protected according to industry standards. We make sure to implement the right technical measures to prevent unauthorized access.
In no event shall Eon Seo Hub be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the services we provide.
Our total liability in any claims or losses shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms whenever necessary. If we make any significant changes, we’ll let you know.
